Our Story — The Beginning
PipeSense FlowWorks began with a question: What can we build when practical experience, technical knowledge, and a commitment to developing people come together?
For founder Anthony Thomas, the answer grew through years in the plumbing trade—learning the craft, working through demanding installations, solving problems, and understanding how much workmanship matters.
That experience eventually became something to share.

In the classroom, Anthony became known as Professor Anthony, helping aspiring plumbers connect the lessons in their books to the realities of the job site. Teaching reinforced a belief: strong workmanship starts with understanding why the work matters.

Through instruction and mentorship, relationships formed with students and fellow tradesmen who shared a desire to learn, improve, and build something meaningful—inspiring a culture of brotherhood, responsibility, continued learning, and pride in the craft.

PipeSense Consulting gave Anthony a platform to share knowledge, educate, and mentor. PipeSense FlowWorks is the next chapter—built deliberately, with attention to licensing, systems, team development, and the standards that will guide its work.

Meet the Founder
Founder · Educator · Craftsman
Anthony Thomas brings decades of hands-on plumbing experience across residential, commercial, and high-end construction environments.
His background includes plumbing installations, troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and helping others develop the practical judgment that the trade requires.
As a plumbing instructor at Florida International Training Institute, Anthony connects technical education with field experience. Known to his students as Professor Anthony, he emphasizes understanding, professionalism, accountability, and pride in workmanship.
Through PipeSense Consulting and the development of PipeSense FlowWorks, Anthony is building a larger vision: sharing knowledge, creating opportunities, developing people, and establishing a lasting family and professional legacy.
I've spent years learning this trade, doing the work, and teaching others. Now I'm bringing those lessons together to build something that reflects what I believe in: craftsmanship, accountability, respect, and opportunity.
I want the people who grow with us to take pride in their work, keep developing their skills, and understand that their contribution matters.
My name is Anthony Thomas, and this is the beginning of our story.
From the Classroom to the Field
The classroom is an important part of the PipeSense story. Teaching creates opportunities to explain the reasoning behind the work, strengthen practical skills, and encourage the next generation of tradespeople.
The relationships formed through learning and mentorship helped shape our vision for a company where people support one another, accept responsibility, and continue improving. As PipeSense FlowWorks develops, that connection between education and field experience will remain central to our culture.
